In conjunction with our local health departments, Community VNA provides growth and development checkups and immunizations for newborns, toddlers and pre-school aged children, as well as immunizations for children 18 and under who are attending school.
During clinics, a nurse, registered dietician and nurse practitioner will assess the growth and development of children who attend. Parents will receive information and education related to child health. These services are offered to families without health insurance and are provided at no charge.
