Community VNA offers a number of special programs that benefit our patients and the community at large. 

For people with diabetes or congestive heart failure, our Chronic Care program can provide needed services.  Advanced technology enables our nurses to monitor selected patients in their homes through our Telemedicine program.  Students in an accredited nursing program can qualify for our Caroline E. Krajewski Manney Nursing Scholarship, granted each year to a Somerset or Warren County student.  Organizations seeking information and expertise on a wide range of health subjects can call on our Speakers Bureau for an informative presentation.
