Donations

Community Visiting Nurse Association has improved the health of our community for more than 65 years.  We have always delivered care and services regardless of a person’s ability to pay. Donations from our patients, their families, corporations, local businesses and the general public as well as the grants we receive from foundations and government agencies are greatly appreciated.  This generosity enables us to serve the uninsured or under-insured, providing much-needed community wellness programs and introducing new programs that expand our scope and services.  Your donation helps support hospice patients, seniors, parents and children throughout the community.

Light Up a Life Light Up a Life logo- Each December, Community Care Hospice accepts donations to its “Light Up a Life” program in memory of loved ones.  Those remembered are recognized with a dedicated ribbon and light on a tree outside our office in Somerville.  The ceremony includes families, Hospice and Community VNA staff and Board members who gather to remember special people in their lives. A gathering of families and friends join in to honor their loved ones.
